How much is the shipping cost? The shipping cost is calculated based on your location on our checkout page.
What countries do you ship to? We offer worldwide shipping via courier. The delivery method will vary depending on your location, but in most cases, we ship via FedEx, Evri or Parcle Force. We will provide a tracking number for each shipment.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
How long is the delivery time? The handling time for in-stock items is approximately 3-6 business days. We use express shipping on all of our orders, so delivery usually takes between 1 to 5 business days after dispatch.Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. If these charges are not included at the chekout they may be payable to your local courier or customs office.
We recommend keeping an eye out for any communication from your local courier regarding payment or delivery updates.
Returns Policy
Can I return my order? Return policy for iron sets
The full set of irons must be returned. For standard iron sets, you are allowed to use the 8 iron as a test club, but it can not be damaged. To be eligible for a refund, the rest of the irons and wedges must be returned unused and in brand new condition, with plastic covers on club heads. Please note that the testing policy does not apply to custom iron sets, heads only, wedges, UDIs or woods, but these products can be returned if unused and in the original plastic covers.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
